We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant to support a Payroll Transformation program across EMEA and APAC regions.
This role requires a strong blend of functional expertise and technical understanding to drive payroll process improvements, manage integrations, and collaborate across multiple stakeholders including vendors, developers, and business users.
Project Overview
- Project: Payroll Transformation (EMEA & APAC)
- Engagement: Offshore India
- Focus: Enhancing payroll processes, resolving integration challenges, and ensuring system efficiency across multiple geographies
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, redesign, and resolve business process issues related to payroll and vendor integrations
- Work on multi-country payroll implementations across EMEA and APAC regions
- Build and maintain:
- Functional design documents
- Test scripts
- Test plans
- Evaluate and validate technical solutions in PeopleSoft in collaboration with development teams
- Coordinate with vendors, developers, and business stakeholders for smooth delivery
- Ensure system configurations and integrations are aligned with business requirements
- Support testing cycles, defect resolution, and deployment activities
Required Skills
- Strong experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 Payroll & Benefits (HCM)
- Hands-on experience with SQL
- Expertise in:
- System configurations
- Data integrations across systems
- Strong capability in:
- Writing design documents
- Preparing test scripts & test plans
- Good understanding of PeopleSoft technical components, including:
- Ability to work closely with developers to review and validate technical builds
Experience Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant PeopleSoft Techno-Functional experience
- Proven experience in payroll transformation or implementation projects
- Exposure to EMEA and/or APAC payroll processes is highly preferred
