Job Title: PeopleSoft Technical (HRMS) Consultant

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Technical (HRMS) Consultant with strong expertise in PeopleSoft development and HRMS modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-level PeopleSoft solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PeopleSoft applications in PeopleSoft v9.2+ environment
- Work on Core HRMS, NA Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor modules
- Design and implement solutions using PeopleTools 8.55+
- Develop and customize using PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and COBOL SQL
- Build and manage integrations using Integration Broker (IB) and Web Services
- Develop Fluid UI, WorkCenters, Activity Guides, and Pivot Grids
- Create and maintain interfaces with third-party systems
- Utilize tools like Data Mover, Application Designer, Query Manager, and Job Scheduler
- Participate in enterprise-wide implementations and enhancements
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain coding standards
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
Required Technical Skills
- PeopleTools 8.55+
- PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, COBOL SQL
- Integration Broker (IB), Web Services
- Application Packages & AWE (Approval Workflow Engine)
- Fluid UI, WorkCenters, Activity Guides, Pivot Grids
- Strong expertise in Oracle SQL
- Experience with 3rd-party system integrations
