Job Description
- Monitor, schedule, and troubleshoot PeopleSoft batch processes including Application Engine (AE), SQR, and other scheduled jobs.
- Ensure timely execution of critical jobs and resolve job failures promptly to minimize business impact.
- Analyze recurring issues and implement preventive measures for batch process stability.
- Maintain job scheduling tools and update job configurations as per business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to optimize batch performance and reduce processing time.
- Provide detailed reporting and documentation for job execution and incident resolution.
- Peoplesoft Architect, design, and implement integrations between PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors using Integration Broker, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs.
