Role Description
This is a contract and remote role for a Peoplesoft Technical HCM Consultant with SQL. Key responsibilities include managing and implementing technical solutions in the PeopleSoft HCM module, developing and maintaining SQL queries to support business operations, analyzing client requirements, and providing consulting services to meet Human Capital Management (HCM) needs. The consultant will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes, enhance user experience, and ensure data integrity within PeopleSoft systems.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) and a strong understanding of Human Capital and Human Resources (HR) processes
- Experience with Employee Benefits systems and related modules in PeopleSoft
- Strong consulting skills, including problem-solving and the ability to design solutions that align with client objectives
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience in writing complex queries and data management skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
- Prior experience in PeopleSoft HCM implementation and configuration is highly desirable
