We are hiring an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support and enhance enterprise PeopleSoft Financials & Supply Chain Management (FSCM) applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PeopleSoft Finance modules, PeopleTools development, batch operations, upgrades, integrations, and AI-driven automation.
Required Skills
✅ 8+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional experience
✅ Strong expertise in PeopleSoft Finance Modules – General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Management (AM), and Project Costing (PC)
✅ Experience with Supply Chain Modules – Purchasing (PO), eProcurement (ePro), and Billing
✅ Hands-on experience with PeopleTools – PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface (CI), and Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
✅ Expertise in PeopleSoft Reporting Tools – SQR, BI Publisher, nVision, and PeopleSoft Query
✅ Experience managing Finance Batch Operations, Month-End & Year-End Close activities, and Production Support
✅ Strong experience with PeopleTools & PUM Upgrades, Retrofit Analysis, and UAT Support
✅ Experience with Web Services, APIs, and External System Integrations
✅ Knowledge of AI/Automation, LLMs, or AI Agents for reporting and process automation is an added advantage
✅ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Support PeopleSoft FSCM production, batch operations, and financial close activities.
- Develop and enhance PeopleSoft applications using PeopleCode, Application Engine, CI, and AWE.
- Lead PeopleTools/PUM upgrades, retrofit analysis, and testing.
- Design and support integrations with external systems.
- Build reports using SQR, BI Publisher, nVision, and PeopleSoft Query.
- Collaborate with business users for requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution delivery.
- Drive AI-enabled automation initiatives for reporting and operational efficiency.
