Role: PeopleSoft Application Developer (PSHCM 9.2)
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
- Hands-on development experience using PeopleCode
- Strong knowledge of PeopleTools components
- Experience with SQR (Structured Query Report) development
- Development using Application Engine
- Experience with Component Interface
- Report development using XML Publisher
- Experience with Application Package

Typical Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize PeopleSoft HCM applications
- Develop and maintain PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, and Application Packages
- Work on interfaces, reports, and integrations using XML Publisher and Component Interfaces
- Provide support and enhancements for HR modules such as Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
