About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Software Engineer to join a fast-paced technology team focused on building scalable web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MEAN or MERN stack development, relational databases, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.
This role involves end-to-end software development, technical leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality applications that solve real business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications using MEAN or MERN stack technologies.
- Lead technical initiatives and provide guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
- Design and optimize relational databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimations, and code reviews.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, scalability principles, and deployment best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt modern technologies and development practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in software development using:
- MongoDB
- Express.js
- Angular or React.js
- Node.js
- Python
- Strong expertise in relational databases including MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD practices.
- Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
- Strong understanding of full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
