| > • Work with ReactJS for full stack feature delivery where required |

| > • Manage MongoDB and relational database design and queries |

| > • Guide the team on Kafka integration and CI/CD pipeline best practices (Jenkins) |

| > • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and QA engineers |

| > • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level team members |

| > • 8+ years of Java development experience with 3+ years in a tech lead role |

| > • Expert proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices |

| > • Advanced proficiency in ReactJS and MongoDB |

| > • Advanced understanding of Agile delivery practices |

| > • Working knowledge of Kafka and Jenkins CI/CD |

| > • Strong team handling and stakeholder communication skills |

| > • Financial Services domain experience is a plus |
