About the role
12- 15+ years of progressive HR experience - with at least 3 to 5 years in a senior
leadership or Head of HR capacity
● Proven track record of building or materially scaling a People function- not just
maintaining established processes
● Experience partnering directly with founders or CXOs - and the confidence to advise
them honestly
● Deep hands-on expertise across talent acquisition, HR operations, compensation,
performance and compliance
● Strong knowledge of Indian employment practices - PF, gratuity, PT, statutory compliance
and labour law
● Experience with at least one additional geography - US, UK, UAE, New Zealand or APAC
is a strong plus
● Familiarity with Keka or a comparable HRMS and experience with EOR or PEO platforms
