🚀 Hiring: Senior EDI Specialist | 9+ Years Experience
We are looking for an experienced EDI Specialist to join our Enterprise Applications team and play a critical role in supporting and optimizing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations across manufacturing, procurement, material planning, logistics, and financial accounting functions.

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage supplier onboarding, compliance, and issue resolution activities.
• Monitor EDI transactions, alerts, and proactively resolve failures.
• Support production issues and collaborate with internal business teams, suppliers, and EDI vendors.
• Maintain and enhance EDI mappings based on business requirements.
• Coordinate testing and implementation activities with business stakeholders and trading partners.
• Drive issue escalation, vendor coordination, and resolution of critical incidents.
• Develop and maintain support documentation, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all EDI-related activities.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
✅ 9+ years of hands-on EDI experience including mapping and support.
✅ Strong expertise in EDIFACT message standards such as DELFRC, DELJIT, ORDER, ORDERCHG, DESADV, INVOIC, and APERAK.
✅ Experience with SAP IDoc, JSON, XML, and communication protocols including AS2, OFTP, HTTP, SFTP/FTP.
✅ Strong understanding of EDI architecture, VAN providers, and end-to-end EDI data flows.
✅ Functional expertise in SAP MM, PP, and EWM modules.
✅ Excellent understanding of Supply Chain processes and enterprise data integration.
✅ Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
✅ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
⭐ Preferred:
• Experience in the Automotive Industry.
