We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of experience in building, automating, and managing cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). This role requires hands-on experience in infrastructure automation, configuration management, deployment optimization, and ensuring highly available, secure, and scalable environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python.
- Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Automate configuration management using Ansible.
- Design, implement, and optimize Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, and infrastructure-related incidents.
- Collaborate with development, QA, security, and cloud teams to streamline release processes.
- Ensure infrastructure security, reliability, scalability, and high availability.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to DevOps practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions and drive automation best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or other CI/CD automation tools.
- Exposure to security best practices in cloud environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are an added advantage.
