The Data Migration Engineer will design, develop, and optimize data migration solutions for government health clients, ensuring seamless integration, security, and compliance. This role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance data efficiency and interoperability.
Responsibilities:
Define and architect the data requirements and structures for applications, including comprehensive source-to-target mapping and transformation logic.
Design and model scalable, efficient data structures, ensuring seamless storage, integration, and accessibility.
Establish subject matter expertise (SME) by working independently, taking ownership of data solutions, and driving best practices.
Actively engage and contribute in team discussions, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Develop innovative solutions to resolve complex, cross-stream data challenges, ensuring system integrity and performance.
Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline data integration and enhance interoperability across platforms.
Continuously optimize data processes, enhancing efficiency, performance, and reliability.
Skills and Experience:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and derive insights from complex data sets.
Proficiency in AWS Glue, Python, or SQL with hands-on experience in data processing and transformation.
Experience with Salesforce (Experience Cloud) and familiarity with Federal Health Government Agencies or partners is highly desirable.
