Job Description
Accountabilities and Activities:
Develop & maintain the UK Workday security framework, including the allocation of roles and collaborating to shape global design.
- Support data and configuration needs across the BGIUK and Group people technology landscape (mainly Workday, Docebo and ServiceNow)
- Ensure current and future HR technologies are fit for purpose by resolving identified user issues to create a smarter, simpler digital people experience.
- Encourage a culture of learning, ensuring that feedback mechanisms are effective across key teams (such as Pensions, Payroll, People Ops Admin and IS) to help reduce issues experienced.
- Build relationships with HR & IS teams, ensuring effective collaboration to resolve & improve the utilisation of our people systems.
- Practice continuous improvement and application of functional knowledge to identify opportunities to improve the quality of service & increase the value of the HR System assets to Bupa
- Lead the Technology Support team, consisting of highly skilled technical resources – coaching, mentoring, recruiting an effective team.
- Acts as the link between key business stakeholders and the People Operations team.
- Responsible for scoping, planning, and delivering the ongoing operational and strategically important improvement activities that the ‘Technology Support’ team are accountable for; in relation to platform hygiene, data quality, support processes driven by self-serve and security access framework.
- Maintain an unrelenting focus on achieving the right outcome for our customers and colleagues.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to understand and meet business requirements.
- Deliver a technology support strategy across multiple platforms which is market leading in all facets.
- Able to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including director and executive level.
- Ensure effective ongoing consultancy, configuration & delivery for key people systems; notably technology systems and digitisation of people experienceses through knowledge management and contact systems.
- Bring thought leadership and organisational change innovation to the design process, challenging traditional practice and supporting the business in building change capability
- Work with various programme teams to ensure their full understanding and support of current change activities, solutions and interventions.
- Accountable for the delivery of a fast, responsive, and frictionless experience for our People.
- Keep abreast of the latest technology theories, design approaches and technologies to ensure Bupa is at the leading edge of instructional design and development.
Qualifications, Training And Experience
- A relevant university-level qualification, post graduate qualifications or extensive professional experience in organisational change management.
- Comprehensive experience in operational management and delivery and bring a continuous improvement culture to the day-to-day delivery of key items.
- Contributed to large scale organisation-wide change programs, with specific focus on managing change impacts on people, through a tiered change and engagement delivery model.
- Designed and delivered project change and engagement services, in a complex change portfolio environment, for a program of work using multiple delivery models, such as Human Centred Design, Lean, Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with and comfort in negotiating and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
- Experience in planning and implementing benefits optimization and innovation.
- Experience in delivery of large programs of work including judgement in balancing competing organisational priorities.
- Strong experience in the development & delivery of management information; from sourcing, manipulating, presenting & analysing data.
