Job Title: People's Office Associate (Generalist)

Specifications:
- Designation: People's Office Associate
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Availability: Immediate joiners only
- Location: A-61 B/3, Sector-63, Noida, UP (Work from Office)
- Working Days: 5 days a week (Mon–Fri)
- Benefits: Health Insurance and Provident Fund (PF)
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle — onboarding, documentation, confirmations, and offboarding.
- Continuously identify ways to strengthen People's Office processes, improve employee experience, and drive operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the HRMS (HROne preferred).
- Support payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee queries and People's Office support.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven ability to manage payroll inputs and day-to-day HR administration.
- Working knowledge of an HRMS platform (HROne preferred).
- Comfortable coordinating and working with external vendors.
- Solid understanding of employee lifecycle management.
- A confident communicator, equally comfortable engaging with employees and senior stakeholders. Detail-oriented, quick on your feet, and reliable in following through on commitments.
