We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support business leaders and employees on various people-related matters and initiatives. The role will involve partnering with the business to drive HR programs, support talent management processes, improve people practices, and contribute to a positive employee experience.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, collaborative, data-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We are also looking for someone with exposure to HR digitization initiatives and an awareness of emerging AI applications in HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters and people initiatives
- Support talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Use HR data and analytics to support decision-making and identify trends
- Collaborate with HR COEs and shared services teams to ensure smooth HR delivery
- Support change management and organizational initiatives as needed
- Contribute to HR digitization and automation initiatives where applicable
- Maintain awareness of emerging HR technology and AI trends impacting HR practices
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–10 years of HR experience, with exposure to HRBP or generalist responsibilities
- Experience in a dynamic or fast-paced work environment preferred

Preferred
- Experience supporting business teams in a mid-sized or large organization
- Exposure to HR technology tools or process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with people analytics dashboards or reporting tools
