We are building a technology-driven B2B jewellery platform that combines premium inventory, organized catalogues, digital systems, and exceptional customer experience.
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a highly organized, execution-focused People & Operations Manager to build strong systems, streamline operations, recruit top talent, and help transform Silvee925 into Indiaβs most organized wholesale silver company.
ROLE OVERVIEWThe People & Operations Manager will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to build scalable systems across hiring, employee management, operations, accountability, and performance management.
This is not a traditional HR role.
This is a leadership role focused on building people, processes, and performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTalent Acquisition & Recruitment- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Create and publish job descriptions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct first-round interviews
- Coordinate final interviews with management
- Manage onboarding and induction programs
- Build a strong hiring pipeline for future growth
People Operations- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle processes
- Create employee policies and guidelines
- Handle employee queries and workplace concerns
- Improve employee engagement and retention
Performance Management- Design KPIs for every department
- Track team productivity and performance
- Conduct monthly review processes
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards
- Implement incentive and reward systems
Operations Management- Coordinate between Sales, Tech, Accounts, Marketing, and Management teams
- Ensure tasks are completed on time
- Conduct weekly follow-ups and review meetings
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions
- Improve efficiency across departments
SOP & Process Development- Build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments
- Document workflows and responsibilities
- Create onboarding systems and training frameworks
- Develop scalable internal processes
- Ensure process compliance across teams
Training & Development- Create onboarding programs for new hires
- Build role-based training systems
- Identify skill gaps within teams
- Organize learning and development initiatives
