Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, people-first People Operations Executive who can handle both People Operations and Talent Acquisition while helping shape a workplace culture that is structured, engaging, and people-centric.
What you’ll work on
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and offer rollout.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities across tech and non-tech teams.
- Post openings across relevant hiring channels and maintain organized recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Create a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Handle onboarding and induction processes to ensure a welcoming and well-coordinated start for new hires.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and people data with accuracy, structure, and confidentiality.
- Support attendance tracking, leave coordination, payroll inputs, and daily HR operations.
- Assist with employee engagement activities, internal events, and culture-building initiatives that strengthen the workplace experience.
- Address employee queries related to HR processes and policies with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
What we’re looking for
- 2 to 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment workflows, onboarding, employee records management, and core HR processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with candidates, employees, and hiring stakeholders.
- Strong organizational ability and the discipline to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, while HRMS exposure will be an added advantage.
- A people-focused mindset with empathy, ownership, accountability, and professional maturity.
- Fluency in English, while Malayalam will be an added advantage for local coordination and employee interactions.
- A hardworking, loyal, and dedicated attitude with a genuine interest in growing with the company over the long term.
