Role Overview - People Operations Associate
We are looking for a highly energetic and detail-oriented People Operations & Workplace Experience Associate to help create an exceptional employee experience across office operations, facilities management, employee engagement, vendor coordination, and workplace administration.
This role is ideal for candidates coming from hospitality, facilities, admin operations, workplace experience, or people operations backgrounds who enjoy working in high-growth startup environments.
Key Responsibilities
Workplace & Facilities Operations
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workplace functioning
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, cafeteria, maintenance, travel, office supplies, and infrastructure
- Ensure office hygiene, safety, seating arrangements, and employee comfort
- Handle inventory management, asset tracking, and procurement coordination
- Support office events, leadership visits, team gatherings, and employee engagement activities
People Operations
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Coordinate employee documentation, ID cards, access management, and workspace readiness
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Assist in culture-building initiatives, employee wellness activities, and internal communications
- Help maintain employee records, policies, and operational processes
Administrative Support
- Manage travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and guest coordination
- Coordinate with finance/vendor teams for invoices and operational payments
- Support founders/leaders with office coordination and operational requirements
Requirements
2–6 years of experience in:
- People Operations
- Workplace Experience
- Facilities Management
- Hospitality Operations
- Admin/Office Operations
- MBA/PGDM preferred from Hospitality, Facilities Management, or Operations background
- Prior experience in startups, coworking environments, hospitality chains, or fast-paced organizations is preferred
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working from office in a high-energy startup setup
