We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Manager to lead, develop, and support teams within our consulting division. This role drives employee engagement, performance management, capability development, workforce planning, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with a solid understanding of infrastructure & platform consulting services environments, including service operations, support delivery, project execution, and customer-centric team management.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead and manage consulting teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and career development discussions.
- Drive employee engagement, morale, retention, and recognition initiatives.
- Support conflict resolution and promote positive workplace relationships.
Performance & Capability Management
- Define team goals, KPIs, and performance expectations aligned with organizational priorities.
- Conduct performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development planning.
- Identify skill gaps and implement training and upskilling programs.
- Build succession plans and support internal talent mobility.
Operational Oversight
- Partner with delivery managers, technical leads, and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Monitor workforce capacity, resource allocation, and staffing needs.
- Support operational governance, process improvement, and service quality initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and service management practices.
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams on hiring strategies and workforce planning.
- Build talent pipelines for critical infrastructure, platform services roles.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership teams.
- Collaborate across operations, project management, and technical functions.
- Communicate organizational updates, changes, and strategic initiatives effectively.
Change & Transformation Support
- Lead teams through organizational and operational change initiatives.
- Support transformation programs, automation adoption, and evolving service models.
- Encourage continuous improvement and innovation within teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in people management and infrastructure services environments.
- Proven experience managing technical or operational teams.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure services, managed services, or enterprise operations environments.
- Experience with performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
