Role Description - People Success (HR Manager / HR Snr. Manager)

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a People Success professional. The role involves fostering a positive organizational culture, managing employee engagement initiatives, and driving talent development programs. Responsibilities include designing and implementing HR policies, conducting training sessions, coordinating performance management, and addressing employee relations concerns. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the role will also focus on improving employee satisfaction and enhancing the overall workplace experience.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in employee engagement, organizational development, and culture-building strategies
  • Experience in creating, implementing, and monitoring HR policies and talent development programs
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage cross-departmental coordination
  • Experience in using HR analytics and data-driven approaches to improve processes
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on fostering a positive and supportive workplace environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications in HR or People Management are a plus
  • Familiarity with healthcare or wellness industries is a distinct advantage
