IntroductionA well-established Travel and Tour Consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Tour Consultant to join their dynamic company.Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintain a good product knowledge base and stay updated on new travel destinations, tour packages and promotions. Handle all inbound sales enquiries via phone, email and live chat. Respond to customer queries effectively and provide accurate information. Assist customers in planning and booking their travel itineraries. Upsell and cross-sell travel products and services to maximize sales. Maintain accurate customer records and tour booking details. Provide exceptional customer service at all times. Requirements3-5 years' experience as a Tour Consultant or Travel Consultant. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and customer service orientation. Good working knowledge of travel destinations, tour packages and travel industry trends. Proficient in using CRM and reservation systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible to work in a remote/work-from-home environment.
