Role Purpose
Build and sustain a vibrant, inclusive and high-energy workplace culture while ensuring smooth HR operations. The role partners closely with senior leadership to translate culture vision into meaningful employee experience initiatives.
Leadership Partnership & Culture Translation
Partner with senior leadership to operationalize cultural priorities and engagement goals.
Drive communication of leadership initiatives across teams.
Identify cultural gaps and propose actionable improvements.
Gather employee insights and share structured feedback with leadership.
Support change management and organizational initiatives.
Culture & Engagement
Plan and execute festivals, sports events and employee engagement initiatives.
Create and manage monthly engagement calendar.
Drive team bonding activities and engagement programs.
Create internal communication content and engagement campaigns.
Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions.
Design and implement scalable engagement processes that can run independently with minimal oversight.
Employee Experience
Drive structured onboarding experience for new hires.
Support employee wellbeing, inclusion and workplace comfort.
Coordinate learning sessions, guest talks and team events.
Build repeatable and efficient employee experience processes.
Foster collaborative and inclusive work culture.
Core HR Operations
Manage attendance and leave tracking.
Handle joining documentation and exits.
Maintain HR MIS and employee database.
Recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
Vendor coordination for office and engagement activities.
Build structured, efficient and scalable HR processes that minimize manual effort and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Candidate Profile
2–4 years HR experience.
Startup experience preferred.
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
Proactive self‑starter with strong ownership mindset.
Strong execution focus with hands‑on approach.
Energetic, people‑oriented personality.
