People Change Partner – Role Briefing
Role Overview
- Dedicated people-focused change role based in Hyderabad
- Sits between the central Change team and HR Business Partners
- Focused on the people experience of change, not traditional HR delivery
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured change management initiatives
- Build high-touch relationships with Hyderabad leaders
- Support leadership transitions and hub setup
- Facilitate new hire experience during transformation
- Drive local engagement and change adoption
Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of dedicated change experience (minimum)
- 3–5 years total experience in HR change or HRBP roles
- Experience working in matrix environments
- High agility and adaptability
- Strong stakeholder management capability
Preferred Background
- Fintech or pharma experience preferred
- Exposure to rapid organisational change environments
- Tech experience does not need to be in gaming or Flutter’s specific sector
Not Preferred
- Manufacturing or operations-heavy backgrounds
Core Expectation
- Candidate must understand and be comfortable navigating rapid change and scaling environments
