People & CEO Office Executive

3rd Planet Global is a creative-first agency operating across Design Lab, Growth Lab, and Motions & Films Lab. As we scale, we're hiring our first People & HR professional to own recruitment and people operations end-to-end.
The Role This role exists primarily to build and own our hiring engine — across creative, business, and management functions. Beyond recruitment, you'll manage day-to-day HR ops and support the CEO directly on internal processes.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end recruitment across design, business, and management roles
- College connects - building talent pipeline from top design, media & marketing institutions
- HR ops - onboarding, documentation, policies, leave & payroll coordination
- CEO office support - internal comms, priorities, follow-through
What We're Looking For
- MBA in HR - mandatory
- 2 years at a recruitment or HR consulting firm
- Exposure to creative industry hiring preferred
- Strong written English
- AI tools fluency
- Builder. Committed. Never-give-up attitude.
What We're Not Looking For
Short stints. HR-as-paperwork mentality.
Anyone who needs to be told what to do twice.
