About the Role
This role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, talent coordination, and people operations within a growing fintech startup.
You will work closely with the Founder’s Office team to support hiring, candidate coordination, and onboarding initiatives within a fast-growing startup environment.
What You’ll Work On
- Support sourcing and identifying potential candidates
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring documentation
- Assist in onboarding and candidate experience initiatives
- Contribute to engagement activities and HR coordination
- Track feedback and recruitment performance insights
What You’ll Learn
• Hands-on exposure to startup recruitment processes
• Experience coordinating real candidate interviews and hiring workflows
• Understanding how startups build and manage talent pipelines
• Exposure to people operations within a fintech startup
• Practical insight into HR coordination and candidate management
Requirement
- Students pursuing HR / Management / Psychology or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
- Interest in people operations and recruitment
