About the role

As a Customer Success Associate, you will manage the seamless onboarding of corporate clients after the handover from the Sales team. You'll be the main point of contact, driving product adoption, addressing queries, and fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities Handle the onboarding of corporate clients after handover from the Growth team.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their queries are addressed efficiently.Drive product adoption and engagement among users.Work closely with backend teams to resolve client concerns and ensure a seamless experience.Maintain regular communication with clients to understand and meet their needs.Provide excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations to clients.Travel as needed to support clients and business objectives. Requirements Must complete the NISM-Series-XVII: Retirement Adviser Certification Examination within one month of joining.Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.Must be fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).Customer-centric with empathy and a problem-solving mindset.Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.Passion for financial technology and a keen interest in the pension and retirement planning space.
