<div>At <strong>Pennsylvania Perio & Implants</strong>, we are expanding our hygiene days, and looking for a <strong>Dental Hygienist</strong> to join our growing private specialty practice in <strong>Hanover, PA</strong>.<br><br>
</div><div>We know that not every excellent candidate is looking for the same schedule, so we are intentionally keeping this opportunity flexible. We are open to someone who would like to work <strong>as little as one day per month</strong>, as well as someone interested in a <strong>consistent weekly schedule</strong>. More than anything, we are looking for the <strong>right fit</strong> for our patients, our team, and the long-term direction of the practice.<br><br>
</div><div>We are a private, fee-for-service, <strong>periodontal and implant specialty office</strong> that works hard to create an environment that feels supportive, respectful, professional, and team-oriented. We value people who are dependable, kind to patients, and take pride in doing things well.<br><br>
</div><div>This position is based solely in our <strong>Hanover location</strong>. Our office typically has multiple assistants available to help support clinical flow whenever needed, creating a collaborative environment for the hygienist. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with a <strong>digital EMR</strong> and <strong>digital X-rays</strong>, and who enjoys delivering thoughtful, high-quality care in a specialty setting.<br><br>

In addition to my clinical training as a periodontist, I <strong>was a registered dental hygienist</strong>, which has given me a deep appreciation for the important role hygiene plays in long-term patient care. <strong>I want our hygienists to feel heard, valued, and genuinely supported</strong> — not micromanaged. <strong>I welcome ideas</strong>, am open to shaping schedules, and want to <strong>help each team member grow in the direction that is most meaningful to them</strong>, whether that is periodontal maintenance, greater perio involvement, implant-related care, or patient education.
