<div>We’re actively hiring a <strong>Handyman / Maintenance Technician</strong> to support multiple apartment communities in the Raleigh area. We’re looking to fill this role ASAP with someone dependable, hands-on, and ready to work.<br><br>
</div><div>This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks throughout the day, from service requests to unit turns while working with a solid, fast-moving team.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Be Doing<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Handle service requests and general maintenance repairs </li>
<li> Assist with unit turns and make-ready work </li>
<li> Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues </li>
<li> Perform preventative maintenance and property checks </li>
<li> Travel between multiple apartment communities in the Raleigh area </li>
<li> Work alongside team members and coordinate with vendors when needed </li>

<strong>What We’re Looking For<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Experience in maintenance, handyman work, apartments, or similar </li>
<li> Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs </li>
<li> Reliable, hardworking, and able to stay on task independently </li>
<li> Valid driver’s license </li>
<li> Willingness to travel between properties (typically within 1–2 hours of Raleigh) </li>
