About the role
1. Plan and implement projects related to global customer quality assurance 2. Serve as the company’s external window for global customer quality, communicate internally and externally, handle and track the completion of related matters 3. Responsible for continuous improvement of product field quality & customer complaint handling and LL recurrence prevention 4 . Lead the construction/implementation of quality improvement related mechanisms to strive for the best QBR results
