About the role

Work content [Job Description] O-RAN 5G solution deployment, tool development, maintenance and customer support. - Collaborate closely with internal SW/HW/RF/Deployment/vendors team and external SI partner to maintain 5G system. - Worldwide customer service support for troubleshooting , interoperability and performance testing. - Plays the role of commnucation bridge between customer, company and vendors. - Documentation writing for product manual and customer training. - Tool deployment for testing and maintenance. - Product testing for customer issue reproducing and solution verification. [ Job Responsibilities] - Study 3GPP/O-RAN specification. - Study HW/SW product specification and 5G solution. - Documentation writing for user manual and customer training. - Customer service support, issue troubleshooting/tracking, on-site support. - Communication bridge between customer and company.
