Experience Range: 4-8Yrs
Job Locations: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore
Job Description:
Must Have:
Min 4+ experience in Pega Support with preferable CSA certification.
Should have working knowledge on Activities, Flows (Screen Flow, Tab Flow, Adding decision, sub-flows & integration to Flow), UIs rules, Harness, Sections, Portals, Local Action, Flow Action, Data Transform, correspondence, Rule Inspector, property types, validation rules.
Should have working knowledge of Reports (Report-Definition, List and Summary View) and Dashboard.
Must have working on knowledge on at least one or two Pega OOTB integration (SOAP, MQ, SQL, File etc.)
Must have knowledge on decision and declarative rules.
Experience on Pega PRPC 6.x/ 7.x / 8.x platform(s).
Experience in Case Management, Service Management and Knowledge-based modules in PEGA.
Good-to-Have:
- Cloud Skills: Azure Functions, Azure App Insights, Log Analytics, Logic App.
