We’re seeking a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade Pega applications. In this role, you’ll set technical direction, ensure platform best practices, mentor teams, and partner with business stakeholders to translate customer journeys into scalable, maintainable Pega solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead end‑to‑end architecture and design for enterprise Pega applications.
• Define class structures, case lifecycle design, integration patterns, and reusable components.
• Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, coding standards, and best practices.
• Oversee solution delivery, conduct design reviews, and guide complex implementations.
• Design and optimize integrations (REST/SOAP), data pages, security models, and NFRs.
• Diagnose and tune system performance using Pega tools (PAL, Tracer, SMA/Queue processors).
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Mentor and coach SAs/SSAs to maintain high-quality technical delivery.
• Support Pega Cloud/on‑prem deployment strategy, upgrades, and environment governance.
• Champion automated testing, CI/CD practices, and platform observability.
Job Requirments
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA/LSA) — mandatory.
• 8–12+ years of experience with Pega platforms.
• Proven experience leading architecture for large-scale Pega implementations.
• Strong knowledge of case management, decisioning, integrations, security, and Pega design patterns.
• Hands-on expertise with performance tuning, data modelling, and integration frameworks.
• Experience with Agile delivery, DevOps, Git-based branching, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Pega Cloud or on‑prem deployments (containerized/Kubernetes experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
