Key Responsibilities

Design and develop applications using Pega Platform best practices
Build and maintain workflows, case management, integrations, and UI components
Develop PRPC components including:
Flows
Activities
Data Pages
Decision Rules
Report Definitions
Integrations
Implement reusable components and frameworks
Participate in requirement gathering and technical design discussions
Debug and resolve production issues
Optimize application performance and ensure code quality
Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams during deployment cycles
Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies
Prepare technical documentation and unit test cases

Required Skills

Strong experience with Pega Platform / PRPC
CSA / CSSA / CLSA certification
Knowledge of:
Case Management
BPM concepts
Integrations (REST/SOAP)
Decisioning
UI development
Experience with:
Activities
Data Transforms
Flow Actions
Sections
Validation Rules
Understanding of database concepts and SQL
Familiarity with version control tools like Git
Experience in Agile development environments
Good analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud deployments and DevOps tools
Exposure to banking, insurance, healthcare, or telecom domains
Knowledge of Java is an added advantage
