🚀 Pega Developer (Associate & Senior) – Revolent Programme | Client Projects with PwC


We’re excited to be hiring Pega Developers (Associate & Senior level) to join the Revolent 12-month programme, where you’ll work on high-impact client projects with PwC while receiving specialised training and career development.

This programme is designed for experienced professionals who want to deepen their Pega expertise while gaining exposure to large enterprise environments.


📍 Location

Hybrid role based in Bangalore or Hyderabad, India

Candidates should be open to working in a hybrid model, collaborating with teams both on-site and remotely depending on project requirements.

You’ll begin with a 4-week tailored upskilling programme, designed specifically around your experience and development goals.

After training, you’ll be deployed to PwC client projects, where you’ll work alongside industry experts delivering real-world solutions.

Experience Levels

8-10 years

✅ Essential Skills & Experience

  • Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification or equivalent knowledge
  • Proven experience working with enterprise-level Pega applications
  • Experience with:
  • Case design
  • Data modelling
  • Business rule implementation
  • Strong understanding of Pega architecture and scalable application design
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
  • Solid knowledge of Pega rule-based architecture, including:
  • Case management
  • Decision rules
  • Flow rules
  • Declarative processing
  • Experience implementing system integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, IT, or similar)

⭐ Nice to Have

  • Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare domains
  • (e.g., KYC, claims, fraud)
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • (Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure)
  • Experience with test automation tools such as:
  • PTAK
  • Selenium
  • Postman
  • JUnit
  • Working knowledge of SQL and APIs for validation
  • Experience designing applications using Constellation and following Pega guardrails
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
