Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled PEGA PRPC Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable business applications using the Pega Platform. The candidate should have strong expertise in BPM, case management, and Pega best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using Pega PRPC / Pega Platform
- Implement case management, workflows, and business rules
- Work on UI design using Pega sections, harnesses, and portals
- Develop and configure:
- Data Pages
- Activities
- Flows & Flow Actions
- Decision Rules (Decision Tables, Trees)
- Integrate Pega with external systems using:
- REST / SOAP services
- Connectors & Services
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
- Follow Pega Guardrails and best practices
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide fixes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Pega PRPC (v7.x / v8.x / Infinity)
- Expertise in:
- BPM & Case Management
- Pega Rules Engine
- Declarative Rules
- Good understanding of:
- Integration (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Database concepts (SQL, Oracle/MySQL)
- Experience with:
- Pega UI frameworks (Theme Cosmos preferred)
- Debugging tools (Tracer, Clipboard, PAL)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with:
- Pega Customer Service / Marketing / Decisioning
- Exposure to:
- DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Understanding of security and performance tuning
Certifications (Preferred / Mandatory)
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) – Preferred
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) – Mandatory
