Hiring: Pega CSSA Developers / Senior Pega Developers
Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities & MustHave Skills
- Handson development using Pega PRPC (Pega 7.x / 8.x) including case design, flows, flow actions, data transforms, activities, decision rules, integrations, and UI rules.
- Build and enhance endtoend BPM workflows, case lifecycle management, SLA configurations, and rule-based automation.
- Strong experience in Integrations (SOAP, REST, Connectors, Services, MQ, Kafka, JMS).
- Expertise in Data Pages, Reports (BIX preferred), Agents, Job Schedulers, and background processing.
- Apply Pega Guardrails, performance tuning, log analysis, and defect resolution.
- Experience working with Pega App Studio, reusable components, and deployment practices.
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture, rule inheritance, class structure, and application layering.
- Work closely with BA/QA teams for requirement analysis, UAT support, debugging, and Agile delivery.
- Must have Pega CSA / CSSA certification (mandatory for senior roles).
- Good knowledge of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and branching strategies (preferred).
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 15 years of fulltime education
- BE / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / MCA / M.Tech / MS or equivalent
- 4+ years of relevant Pega development experience
