💼 Role: Senior Pega Developer
We are looking for highly skilled Pega Developers (5+ years) with strong hands-on experience in Pega PRPC and Case Management to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, proactive, and capable of owning end-to-end delivery.
✅ Must-Have Skills (Shortlisting Focus)
- 5+ years of IT experience with minimum 3+ years in Pega PRPC
- Strong experience in:
- Pega Case Management
- Pega Rules Engine (Data, UI, Integration rules)
- Class Structure & Rule Resolution
- Experience in:
- Pega UI (Sections, Harness, Portals)
- Activities, Data Transforms, Flow Actions
- Flows (Screen / Straight-through / Parallel processing)
- Good understanding of:
- Integration (REST, SOAP, Connectors, Services)
- Debugging tools (Tracer, Clipboard, PAL)
⭐ Preferred / Good-to-Have (High Selection Edge)
- Pega Certification (CSA / CSSA / LSA preferred)
- Knowledge of:
- Pega Decisioning / CDH
- Pega Customer Service Framework
- Experience with:
- Agile/Scrum delivery
- Banking, Insurance, or Telecom domain
- Exposure to performance tuning and guardrail compliance
