We are hiring for our client—a leading global organization—for a skilled Pega Developer to join a high-performing Agile team and drive impactful BPM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance features within Pega applications
- Design class structures, frameworks, and data models
- Build BPM workflows (portals, harnesses, sections, flow actions)
- Translate user stories into scalable Pega functionalities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Conduct functional & performance testing
- Ensure high-quality, responsive, and maintainable code
- Work closely with Senior Pega Architects
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development
- Strong expertise in flows, Data Transforms, and activities
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA – v8.x)
- Experience in the Pega Customer Service framework
