Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement applications using Pega PRPC (Pega Platform).
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and BPM workflows.
- Develop and configure case management, data models, UI, integrations, and business rules in Pega.
- Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle including analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Pega best practices and guardrails.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable BPM solutions.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and production support activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of application design, workflows, and technical specifications.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Pega Development (PRPC / Pega Platform)
- Solid experience in Business Process Management (BPM) concepts and implementations
- CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) Certification Mandatory
- Experience in Case Management, Data Pages, UI Rules, Integrations (REST/SOAP), and Decision Rules
- Knowledge of Pega frameworks and guardrails compliance
- Strong understanding of Pega application architecture and design patterns
