Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Pega Platform Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications using Pega. Candidates with CSA or CSSA certification are preferred. This role is suitable for AST-friendly professionals who thrive in structured, process-oriented, and collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using Pega Platform.
- Create and maintain workflows, case types, UI forms, decision rules, and integrations.
- Participate in application debugging, performance tuning, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Develop reusable components and follow Pega best practices.
- Support production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain coding standards.
- Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of:
- Case Management
- Data Modeling
- Integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Activities, Data Transforms, Flow Actions
- Decision Tables / Decision Trees
- Experience with:
- Pega Infinity
- SQL basics
- Web services and APIs
- Version control tools like Git
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- CSA Certification or CSSA Certification certified.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecom domains.
- Exposure to accessibility-friendly or neurodiversity-supportive workplaces is a plus.
- Understanding of inclusive collaboration practices.
