Experience:-5 to 12 years
We are looking for a skilled Pega Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing applications using the Pega Platform. The ideal candidate must possess Pega CSA (Certified System Architect) and CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certifications as mandatory skills. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Pega PRPC, case management, integrations, and workflow automation.
Mandatory Skills
- Pega CSA Certification – Mandatory
- Pega CSSA Certification – Mandatory
- Strong experience in Pega PRPC development
- Worked on Integration
- Experience in Case Management and BPM solutions
- Knowledge of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC)
- Hands-on experience with Activities, Flows, Sections, Harness, Data Pages, and Decision Rules
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Understanding of Pega Guardrails and best practices
- SQL and database knowledge
- Agile/Scrum development methodology
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise applications using the Pega Platform
- Build workflows, case types, UI components, and business rules
- Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP services
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders
- Follow Pega best practices and ensure high-quality delivery
- Participate in code reviews, deployment, and production support
- Prepare technical documentation and support testing activities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Pega Infinity versions
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools
- Experience in banking, insurance, healthcare, or telecom domains
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Java knowledge is an added advantage
