🔎 Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on testing for Pega application configurations
- Validate business rules, UI, case workflows, integrations, and data integrity
- Execute functional, regression, and scenario-based testing specific to Pega environments
- Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth and high-quality releases
- Collaborate with intelligent automation teams (AI, RPA, data) to design end-to-end enterprise solutions
- Identify, track, and communicate defects, risks, and blockers effectively
💡 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields
- Experience deploying Pega applications in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Pega testing methodologies and best practices
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work in fast-paced project environments
- Experience with test automation tools (PTAK, Selenium, Postman, JUnit) is a plus
- PCBA or PCSBA certification highly preferred.
