Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Peer Advisor. As a Peer Advisor, you will provide empathetic support to users, listen to their concerns, and guide them through their mental health and wellness journeys. Your role includes conducting outreach, offering a safe space for conversations, and helping users connect with helpful resources. You’ll be part of a community that prioritizes compassion, understanding, and peer-to-peer connection while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
Strong empathetic listening and communication skills
Genuine interest in mental health advocacy and peer support
Ability to hold safe, non-judgmental conversations
Comfortable working with diverse individuals and sensitive topics
Proficiency in digital communication tools
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting
Prior experience in peer support, community support, or mental health advocacy is a plus
Formal degree not required — lived experience and compassion are highly valued
