About the Role
We are building an integrated early childhood platform supporting children aged 0–3 years through structured developmental tracking, parent education, and coaching.

Tone: Calm, evidence-based, non-alarmist.
3. Escalation & Referral Pathways

Ideal Candidate

Good to Have
- Experience in early intervention follow-up clinics
- Exposure to high-risk infant care
- Interest in developmental pediatrics
- Experience working with urban working families
What This Role Is Not
- Not a 60-patient-per-day OPD
- Not a vaccination-only clinic
- Not emergency pediatrics
- Not hospital shift work
Impact
- Move from reactive medicine to preventive developmental care
- Reduce parental anxiety through structured guidance
- Detect concerns earlier without over-medicalizing
- Help build a trusted medical backbone for a 0–3 ecosystem
