Role Description This is a part-time, on-site and remote Pediatrician role based in the Delhi Area. The Pediatrician will provide primary medical care to children from birth through adolescence, including routine check-ups, immunizations, growth and developmental assessments, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing appropriate treatments, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role involves working closely with parents and caregivers to explain diagnoses and care plans, collaborating with other physicians and clinical staff, and participating in protocols to ensure patient safety and quality of care. The Pediatrician may also contribute to health education initiatives, clinical guidelines, and continuous improvement activities within the practice.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong core clinical skills in Medicine, Primary Care, and Pediatrics.
- Candidates should possess specialized skills in Neonatology and care of newborns, including assessment and early intervention.
- Candidates should possess skills in Working with Physicians, including effective collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant medical degree (MBBS) with recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (e.g., MD/DNB) and valid medical license/registration.
- Experience in outpatient and inpatient pediatric care, including immunization practices and management of common childhood illnesses.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to counsel families from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, ethical standards, and continued professional development.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
