Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join our team for an on-site position located in Mathura. The Pediatrician will be responsible for providing primary and specialized medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and treating illnesses, monitoring patient growth and development, collaborating with other physicians, advising families on preventive care and treatment options, and maintaining accurate medical records. Additionally, you will ensure that patient care meets the highest ethical and medical standards, while nurturing positive relationships with patients and their families to promote long-term health and well-being.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Medicine and Primary Care with a focus on patient-centered care
- Specialized knowledge in Pediatrics and Neonatology to address the needs of children and newborns
- Experience in collaborating and working effectively with fellow physicians to provide comprehensive care
- Strong listening and communication skills to establish trust with patients and families
- Board certification or equivalent qualification in Pediatrics
- State licensure to practice medicine in India is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professional standards
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting focused on pediatric care is preferred
