Key Responsibility.
- Examine infants, children, and adolescents to assess their health and development.
- Diagnose and treat childhood illnesses such as Asthma and Chickenpox.
- Provide routine health check-ups and physical examinations.
- Administer vaccinations to prevent diseases like Measles and Polio.
- Monitor children’s growth, nutrition, and developmental milestones.
- Prescribe medications and treatments for injuries and illnesses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood tests and X-rays.
- Educate parents about child health, hygiene, nutrition, and safety.
- Maintain accurate medical records and update patient histories.
- Refer children to medical specialists when advanced treatment is required.
