Role & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of childhood illnesses and medical conditions.
- Monitor growth and development of pediatric patients, providing preventive care and health education.
- Administer vaccinations in accordance with national immunization schedules.
- Handle emergency pediatric cases with prompt and effective interventions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records adhering to compliance standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the holistic care of young patients.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Medical degree with specialization in Pediatrics.
- Valid medical license to practice in India.
- Proven experience in pediatric diagnosis and treatment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations efficiently.
Preferred
- Experience with neonatal intensive care units (NICU).
- Additional certifications in pediatric emergency response or neonatal care.
