Role Description The Pediatric Therapist will provide direct, in-person therapeutic services to children, delivering individualized treatment plans tailored to developmental and clinical needs. This full-time role is on-site and based in Bangalore Urban, involving regular therapy sessions, observation, and progress monitoring. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, documenting treatment plans and session notes, and collaborating with other therapists and staff to ensure integrated care. The Pediatric Therapist will communicate regularly with families, offer guidance and education to caregivers, and participate in team meetings and case reviews. The role also involves maintaining professional and ethical standards of practice, staying updated on evidence-based pediatric therapy approaches, and contributing to a supportive, child-centered environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in pediatric therapy, child development, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Ability to conduct clinical assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Capacity to maintain accurate documentation, manage caseloads, and follow professional and ethical guidelines.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Physiotherapy, or related field; relevant licenses or registrations as applicable.
- Prior experience in pediatric or child-focused clinical settings is preferred; experience in multidisciplinary environments is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Bangalore Urban and collaborating closely with caregivers, educators, and other professionals.
