Salary Range: 25000-30000 (Based on Experience)
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Pediatric Physiotherapist. The Pediatric Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing and treating children with developmental, motor, and physical challenges. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing personalized therapy programs, focusing on improving motor skills, balance, posture, and physical function. The Physiotherapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to address the unique needs of each child and support their development through therapeutic interventions.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Pediatric Physiotherapy techniques, including motor skill development and postural therapy
- Experience in assessing, diagnosing, and creating tailored therapy plans for physical and developmental challenges
- Skills in working with developmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, and Down Syndrome
- Proficiency in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and educators
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and observation skills to engage with children and their families effectively
- Ability to work independently and adapt treatment plans based on children's progress
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy with a specialization in Pediatrics is preferred
- Experience in a similar role and familiarity with modern therapeutic tools and techniques are considered an asset
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical practice
